It may take a few hours for the carrier's system to update the shipment status.
Check your order status
Enter your order number and the email address used for your purchase in the form below. You will be able to:
- Track your shipment and see where your order is.
- Request a change to the delivery address, provided your order has not yet been handed over to our logistics center. If the change is still possible, we will update the delivery address and send you a confirmation email.
- Request the release of a parcel being held by the carrier, by following the available instructions.
